Niger Delta is better off without oil. Let all the oil companies leave, at least that'll bring sanity into the heads of domestic terrorists (aka militants) and the marauding band of robbers, cultists and other killers who have turned port Harcourt and environs into a most dangerous city that even governor Wike, a thug himself, is virtually helpless. 6 Likes 2 Shares |

First it was Otedola fortes, now it's Shell. Prudent energy and heir holdings, the respective companies who bought the stakes might just be after fast gains and not long term sustainability. At the end of the day, those with deep insights would remain in the game for long. On the bad side, some people would be losing their jobs while on the good side, some are preparing to take on their dream jobs. Yoruba's would say, someone gets destroyed for another to be successful. 26 Likes 1 Share |

Shell has tried in Nigeria. The problem with TNOG and Transcorp will be if they can run those facilities like Shell. Nigerians are good in killing such businesses with corruption. 16 Likes 2 Shares |
