But is it safe to use 100% gift deed from one's mom? I'm in the same shoe but my funds are tied up in different places and I don't want to start explaining the lump deposits into my account, but if it's from a gift deed, fine since I'll notarise it.

Would it pose any challenge if it's 100% gift deed even though applicant is a worker?

Accompanying spouse doesn't need to provide Proof of Experience except if it's a canadian experience.
So u might have mistakenly clicked yes in spouse Canadian experience part. Go back n click no.

I just received the document checklist from my husband showing that I need to provide, as a secondary applicant, my employment record (reference letter), which I had thought won’t be needed. Is there something we aren’t doing right because my work experience is not included in our CRS that got us ITA.

(2)Since the money came from ur brother, the gift deed sud come from him.
because I think a sentence in the gift deed sud mention that money was transferred from A(Bro) with UBA to B(you) with GTB on 15/01/2021 (I didn't use gift deed) so for consistency since account owner is ur bro, gift deed should come from him too as ur SOA will also show his name.

(1) A reference letter with necessary details from the bank too and mutual funds investment certificate if available

I am about writing my ACCA exams, I want to know if WES evaluates F1-F3 (with F1 as an exemption) as a 1 year equivalence.

Also I also want to do a diploma in Business and Accounting, will it be evaluated as a 1 year equivalence?

I'm yet to create a profile cuz my Wes evaluation is still in progress. I really dont have enough information. I would luv the general group, if there is anyone in that format.

The spouse of a PA sends 100% POF into the PA account and writes a letter in respect of the transferred fund. Should the PA submit a 6mons SoA or just the page of the transfer as it's mostly done with gift deeds.

NB: PA has bank ref letter in IRCC format(avg 6mons is like 1/3 of the current balance

You can create a profile when you have your IELTS or use your current TRF and update later with your new scores

At at September last year when I did mine everything from my school to Etx to Wes was within 24hours.
