Dressing sexy or hot as you said could be relative. What you mean by sexy or hot may not be what I think of that. For me, dressing sexy or hot means decency. I am attracted by proper dressing that is not nudity. So, your question is relative.

Pretty sad. Even in many churches, it's practically the same.

Churches in high brow areas hardly talk to members about dressing so that members don't get offended.
I mean churches whose central leaders are conservative and frown at any show of nudity.

I went to one two weeks ago. Super big church in a rich neighborhood. I was shocked. It was a different story from worshipping in their smaller parish. I saw all kinds of 'sexually explicit' mode of dressing

Op, there are a few things that a true child of GOD would, or should to consider in this situation:

First, as the wearer of the revealing clothing, be modest in your dressing -
Men and Women in the Church

Second, another important consideration is not wanting to consciously lead another person to sin by lusting at what they see!

A true child of GOD wants to point people to the Lord JESUS CHRIST because He is Life and every blessing, not themselves, or anything/anyone else.

Third, no matter who wants you to do something that is sinful or wrong - husband/wife, or not - never (by GOD's grace) be inclined to agree to sin!
Physical intimacy between a husband and wife belongs in their private quarters/ their bedroom! Not in church or public!
