And if it exceeds that just send a mail to your banks cc showing a screenshot of the refund information (cover your cards number) or go to the banks cc and complain

My friend just got a call from nipost to receive the item I ordered for him with my account, money has been refunded already. My question is that, the payment was with 60% coupon and he refunded only 40% cash transaction, if I want to repay him will it be that 40% only?
