Very interesting topic.
Amazingly, I have been studying the growth of ibadan for the past 5 years and I recently in 2019 hit a jackpot of ideas of enjoying the upgraded ibadan city which by all indices is the fastest growing commercial city In Nigeria.

I am willing to share my jackpot of ideas with interested persons who are thinking of having ibadan as a second home or business location .

Talk to me.

This is a very useless post. A plot of land in Eleyele for 1.2 million? You can't even get one for 4 million

And the worst comment is that of Jericho. A plot of land for 6 million in Jericho? You must be high on cow dung

The cheapest you will get a plot in Jericho is 45 million

Rubbish

What about Jericho/ Idi ishin/ Elebu/ Oluyole

Bro I don't think you truly know top locations in ibadan.

How is Moniya that is 45% village a top location in ibadan, Alabata town that was dusty roads and a big village just few years ago.

Moniya, Omi Adio, Ido town, Alabata town are all developing areas that were once large villages/mini towns in ibadan about a decade ago.

Hopefully the new railway will open these areas to development.

His main reason for the post is to market the land they acquired in Alabata for estate purposes

Imagine stating that land costs more in Moniya and Ojoo than Eleyele

You are a liar, Ibadan people can't joke with their land and can protect it with the last drop of their blood. Next time, tell reasonble lies.

there is no land of #1.4m in Apata .. I beg do your research very well . Even at Akala road is from #20m while Elebu is from #17m and Elebu axis is #3m to #5m.

There are 500k lands just after NNPC and on Akala way you would find N10m just on the main road. This is verified as at December.

Nah! I would say 65 35. I have lived in the very rural areas, so I know what I am saying. In those places, Muslim to chrisrian population is like 80 to 20. It's the people that have moved into modern parts of ibadan from Lagos over the years that has closed the gap between muslims and Christians.

No. Not 65 35. Maybe because of the areas you visited. Go to alakia, airport, adegbayi, bashorun, akobo, you will also see more Christian populations in these places

Muslim are more than Christian but not 65 35. Take it from someone from Ibadan. Infact my whole family, close friends who are from Ibadan are all Christians. So depends on the areas you lived and besides how do you know Ibadan indigine from someone who isn’t indigine

You won’t know. Would you?
