Hello,

I am thinking of moving to Ajah and I will like to know the best neighbourhood to move into.

I am looking at Sangotedo, LBS area.

I dont know if it is a good idea in terms of

-electricity
-good road
-security
-clean water

Also if you can compare it to festac/ago palace way, that would be great... That is my second choice.

Note: Place of work is not a factor, as I can work anywhere, even in the MOON

There's a place called general paint near lbsy. You don't want to hear more about that place. I suggest you move to Thomas Estate or Addo Road (anywhere off Addo Road before FoodCo) it's close to the express and they have a more steady lights there

Thomas estate is cool but house is expensive sir.
Have you gotten one?.. you can try Abraham adesanya estate
