Please I need people with experience to help me solve this issue.

I use EYOWO app(it’s a micro finance with an app). It happens that I wanted to withdraw N10,000, I don’t have an atm presently so I opted to use their card less withdrawal option(this isn’t my first time using it.)

I got to the atm and the atm said transaction failed, I went to went to another atm same issue. I have been debited N10,000 already and I haven’t received any money from the atm.

I contacted eyowo and they said the token has been used by me already. I don’t know how that is possible when I never received the value of the money.

I went to UBA where I attempted the withdrawal first and they said they don’t have my details to trace the transaction and I should contact eyowo, they should know what to do.

I contacted eyowo again and uptil now they keep saying they haven’t got a response from the bank.

Please how do I go about this? N10,000 cannot disappear just like that in this present economy.

Yes the token has been used. But the MFB needs to log a complain to the arbitrator who will inturn query the transaction status from UBA.
The problem is that the staff are poorly trained. You need to disturb and threaten to report them.

The normal process of failed ATM transaction is what is described earlier.
Threaten them to report to HQ about their refusal to do the needful. If that is the only branch of the mfb, then, threaten them with media and CBN.
