If everyone did that which was right and good as God had instructed in the beginning then there would be no need for the rule of men.

But because men did evil, it therefore became necessary that the Righteous Men resist, challenge and put away evil from themselves and their lands.

However, the Righteous Men depleted and the evil men prevailed over men.

And it is these men who set up what is now known as "governments" to enslave and steal from the people whose lands have fallen into their evil hands.

So what is on ground is one evil man preventing another evil man from taking his government.

The Truth is in the Past and the Story of All Societies, is that A Society did Not Fall out of the sky nor rise up from the earth as the whole we know today but, they All Started with a "man and woman" exactly as the Bible said!

And they all lived INDEPENDENTLY AND FREELY UNDER THE LAWS OF GOD wherever they chose to settle.

Now, by virtue of God's Laws, persons were free to move around and if they found a place which they liked and other persons where there, by the God's Law of loneliness, (it is not good for man to be alone) both man and woman were happy to have another person come join them in that place and "Good Relationship" (as God had set through His Laws) with each other was established.

And with more people coming and going, more "Good Relationships was established".

And God was the Government, while man was the citizen!

Until the wicked, crafty, disobedient and rebellious man came and perpetrated evil.

Done at first in hiding against the people who did not expect such level of wickedness because Goods was everywhere and he could always have his portion. But the wicked do not sleep unless they have caused someone to fall and to cry!

This definitely led to struggles and agitations which led to what I said in the second paragraph of my response and the rest "..it therefore became necessary that the Righteous Men resist, challenge and put away evil from themselves and their lands..."

So that is what I am saying and what I intended to say.

God was the Government at the beginning and there would not have been the need for men to rule, if not that an evil man came and got people to be as evil as he is or worse than he is eg Cain killed 1, but Lamech was happy to report that he killed 10.
