Leadership doesn't start from manning highest or most strategic positions in socio-ecinomic or political spheres. It starts from the smallest unit; home (and which is indirectly manned by women)

Women cannot be extricated from the blame of failure of leadership in Africa if more than 80 percent of corrupt, greedy and insensitive leaders are grown and nurtured at home by mothers (Women).
