Please, guys, I need a solution to this. I intend pursuing a Master program in UAE, one of the requirements of the school is that I must obtain certificate equivalency and attestation. Please what does this actually mean and where can it be done?

I also applied for MSc in UAEU, which school are you applying for? if the school is UAEU, you don't need the equivalency for admission, you only need the equivalency after you get admission, Equivalency is not that hard, once you get here, you just have to take your attested certificate to nigerian embassy, and some other stuffs, your cert will be re-validated from Nigeria and sent back to Nigeria embassy in abu dhabi, nigeria embassy in abu dhabi will give you a letter, and you will take the letter to the ministry of education in UAE, that's all. the equivalency is just to know your class of degree in relation to the class of the degree been used in UAE. much like verification and equating your degree to the standard of UAE.

Forget agent mouth o! 10,500dhs na too much money o. Your younger brother can go to Dubai Emirate and take the SIRA certification course. Afterwards use the certificate to search for security jobs than paying someone 10,500 for unknown security job!

Why should I call white, black or black, white for my own people. Indians are gurus in IT , they dominate the telecoms industry.

Same way medicine, India is overall in pharmaceutical etc , all these are basic indicators for them.

Seems you don't understand what you read from your own link

Let me educate you.

All airlines apart from Emirates stop over in different cities of the world.

Only Emirates take you from Abuja or from Lagos and lands you at Dubai International airport.

What this directive is saying is that if you want to come to UAE via Dubai, get a direct flight from Nigeria that will bring you to Dubai and not stopover in any where else in the world.

This is a directive that will help Emirates Airline.
The same rule clearly mentions 'transit'

If you use Ethiopian Airline, it takes you from Lagos to Addis Ababa first and not to Dubai directly.

If you use Turkish Airline, it takes you from Lagos to Istanbul first and not Dubai straight.

If you use British Airways, it takes you to London first, before Dubai


If you use Air Peace, it takes you from Lagos to Sharjah first, not to Dubai. Sharjah is very close to Dubai and same country (UAE)

If you use Etihad, it takes you from Lagos to Abu Dhabi, not Dubai (though Dubai and Abu Dhabi are cities in the same country called UAE)

Only Emirates takes you from Nigeria to Dubai and that's what this rule is saying
