For over 60 years after independence, has any government ever thought of building Oxygen plants, despite the fact that it is a major and essential commodity in out hospitals?
Buhari ahs said it and he will do it.
He said he will build rail line, he has done it.
He completed NDDC head office after PDP paid 200M for rent every year.
The second Niger bridge is at advanced level and will be completed.
I can go on and on, but nothing will change a dumb head.
Which of these completed have you celebrated.

It simple, Just imagine a family without breathing on their own, use oxygen plant to breath? there are people who need this, especially those who have contracted the virus.. one thing I understand , majority of Nigerians thinks alike, they think like people remotely control by one particular organization... Someone proposed he want billions for oxygen tanks, yeah it's a good initiative, but not quite long ago, they collected money from national coffer for same purpose, as a sane person, u have to ask where are the tanks you have collected money for in the pass, does accountability means another thing to Nigerians... Or have u in a hurry forgotten billions of naira donated to the federal government by private individuals for fight against coromovirus... Abeg common sense is cheap... Since oxygen is gotten through electrolysis of water which breaks the bond between hydrogen and oxygen molecules.

Why not make those plants produce and store the hydrogen gas as well?

Hydrogen can be used as fuel.
