Good day guys my broad testies area is dry and his kind of tearing up pls and his feeling sharp pain not from d balls but d flesh covering d balls. second issue i went to church last 3 months during service I couldn't hear anything with my Right ear I can only hear faintly with it I need help

Sandpaper (the type panel beaters use for scraping vehicles) should remove peeling skin on your Boys Quarters and revert it to it's smooth default setting.

You can't hear well?
Simple. Look for a soldier in uniform and tell him 'Buratai and all soldiers are deaf'. Make sure you turn the affected ear towards him during the conversation. Your partial deafness will be eliminated.

you have 'itchmites' infestation.It's parasitic so the best remedy is to treat it topically(on the skin).

I recommend a good antiseptic germicidal bathing soap like Tetmosol or Detol.Wash your scrotal sacks(skin covering your balls) atleast four times daily for seven days with the soap!
Make sure you wash all your boxers and underwears with a good germ-killer like Hypo before you start this treatment.

Does it itch? it could be 'jock itch', Fungal infection. treat with antifungal.
