Shey you know you won't live forever? even in your "Juicy White Collar Job" anything can happen. Please drop this childish attitude of yours, you're becoming an irritant. I see envy written all over your post because you weren't shortlisted, no need to exude bad/negative energy on other candidates simply because they were shortlisted for screening (not that they've even made the final selection) and you weren't. It's obvious you're suffering from Post Traumatic Enlistment Syndrome(PTES) and going about it the wrong way.
You need help ASAP

Maj. Adanu is a rich kid
Capt. Legal has low self esteem.

Capt. Aaron Samuel went to FSTC Yaba and was a small boy
Lt. Akin was from course RC 66th, with that him bow leg.

Omo, see ehn I've been trying the 3km race for the past few weeks but I have managed to beat the 20mins timing only once. The rest of the time I'm burned out after the first 2km, on Tuesday I had a mild sprain on my ankle sef.

I know that the army does not give a damn, but some of us are just regular guys that have not even done any strenuous activity in ages. Just saw someone on my Twitter TL do 11.35km in 1hr 24mins and I'm in awe, because if I try am it will only end in tears.

For the senior men, pls if you have any tips on how to properly prepare for the physical training it would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

OGA TENDERLAW, ahbeg is it possible that due to shortage of applicants for a particular course, let's say education , the navy might consider those with lower grades as opposed to their 2.1 criteria?

With 2_2 you will not be able to register on the navy site. Only if you have to lie
