Where did I call it a bad deal?. If u read my post carefully you’ll realize why I said it’ll have been don before being rumored sef. Cos the deal favours Arsenal and PSG is the one proposing it. Which makes it too good to be true.

Let’s assume u want to sell Guen how much is he worth? Getting Draxler if true in swap deal for Guen is good business as long as his wage won’t exceed 140k on a 2yr contract.

How is that contract different from what we are doing with Willian? 3 yrs/over 100K/ week and now you want to add a player who is on 120/week (You are even proposing 140K/ week) to become another squad player with that kind of salary.. Meanwhile, your best performers are not even earning 1/3 of that salary!!!

What kind of business acumen do some of you parade sef? Do you people even fear God? Do we ever learn anything from our mistakes?

I don’t want to expend too much energy into this debate as the news is beer parlour rumour at best. Secondly he’s gon be free by summer so the swap for Guen ain’t necessary and it’s a bad deal if the news is true cos we still have the chance to call back Guen and see what he can offer.

We have to be smarter in our financial dealings and stop wasting money on bad contracts that we end up regretting after 6 months. Remember we borrowed some funds recently and have to pay up by May this year? We can not afford to be careless with a lot of our dealings.
If we call back Guen and he has improved then he should be given a chance to prove his worth again.. After all players like Willock/ Nketiah/ Pepe/ Willian have gotten unlimited opportunities despite disappointing performances. Now don’t construe that to imply I think highly or rate Guen because you know I don’t.

I agree with you, considering the loan move could have improved Guen’s game and the Draxler would even be free by summer. That said I don’t want to expend energy on this issue cos Na beer parlour rumour. Cos they know we desperately need an AM and Guen being on loan tabloids will spin anything to sell

Swapping Draxler for Guen on a good day is a deal too go to be true, however considering the current situation from information available it’s a bad deal from business stand point.
