In a country that works, the miyatti guy that made such statements should have been invited by the dss for questioning, because that's an instigating statement for continue clash. But what did I know,

The government do not own lands.
The state government hold land in trust in urban area, while the local government hold land in trust in the rural areas. Don't let them push the false propaganda.
The land ultimately belongs to the indigenous people. That's why you pay for land to community or individual and not government. You only get an official C/O from the state government in urban areas or local gov in rural areas.
