well based on what have seen... I don't think it's a scam its blockchain is based on users not market demand..

if its a scam he wouldn't have written letter to Efcc telling them to imprison him for life if it fails..

and mind you collation of merchants is on going in different states of Nigeria.... by May of this year you will see lots of people cashing out directly to their bank account and buying things with it digital money.

Did you see the letter to EFCC? Did they acknowledge the receipt or respond? Collation of merchants means nothing. Any gullible person can choose to be a merchant for anything. If you believe in it, fine. I don't. By May, I hope you'll be part of those cashing out. MMM was International so branches in other countries isn't a big deal. Finally if a scam is easily identifiable, many people won't fall for it so to you question whether it looks like a scam, yes it does but not everyone can see that. Good luck
