INGREDIENTS FOR GARDEN EGG SAUCE

-Garden eggs

-Habanero pepper

-Tomatoes (optional)

-Smoked fish (Mackerel preferably) or any tasty smoked/dry fish of your choice

-Grounded crayfish/prawn

-Vegetable/Olive or Palm oil

-Seasoning cube(s)

-Salt

-Basil (or scent leaf)

Scent leaf (African Basil) is your nchanwu/efinrin

Garden egg! It goes so well with water yam. It can be eaten with rice too. Yummy!
