My Conlog BEC44 prepaid meter displays E07 Code-communication error between the meter and the keypad interface. Does anyone know a technician within Amuwo Odofin LGA who can fix the issue for me?

Pls my friend , share with me conlog contact line becos I made payment for single phase meter since 1st August am yet to hear from them. I.e I mean how many days did it take after payment before they installed.

Bro, I am afraid it will you take many months to get the meter due to Nigerian factor(s). In normal circumstances, the meter is installed for you within 10 working days. As soon as the 10 working days elapse contact the headquarters of the DISCO covering your area with a proof of payment for a single phase meter and find out when the meter will be installed... EKO DISCO is the power firm which covers my area. What is the name of the power firm which covers your area? Happy Sunday! cheesy

My friend ,my prepaid meter was installed since 15th of August ( ikeja electric/CONLOG METER SOLUTION) thanks for your concern .

You would enjoy it for 12 years or more... Please make sure no one tampers with the meter or bypasses it to avoid the ultimate sanction by Ikeja DISCO.
Note the following prepaid electricity meter error codes:
E01 - Meter not initialised - contact Ikeja electric
E02 - Meter not calibrated - contact Ikeja electric
E03 - Internal error - contact Ikeja electric
E04 - No supply voltage present
E07 - Communication error between the meter and UIU
E08 - Wireless user interface error - contact Ikeja electric
E09 - Incompatibility between the meter and UIU
E10 - Software error - contact Ikeja electric
E20 - Remote disconnection initiated

Pls o,I also paid for a triple phase meter 3weeks ago with conlog and am yet to get a feedback from them.is this their usual habit?paid 70k without acknowledgement nor receipt of payment with no prepaid meter.pls help a soul

It keeps bring out AAAAA after inputting the 20 digits.

Is there anybody out there with actual step by step solutions on how to top up conlog prepaid meter? I keep seeing Aaaaaaaaaa after imputing my token. I need useful information. This stressful enough as it is. Please help with solution. Thanks.

Can someone help me with information on how to get a replacement for my Conlog prepaid meter input/display unit? My DISCO is PHED. I can't input numbers 8 and 9 keystrokes. So I can't load my token.

Its still showing error after imputing my account number. What do I do please?

Yeah, follow the procedures.

If it's a conlog meter use #046# before putting your meter number followed by the activation keys

I already imputed the activation keys 20 digits twice and it was successfully. Would I follow this procedure and input it again? It's also a conlog meter. It was after successfully putting the two 20 digits activation keys I tried inputting the recharge token again still showing AAAAAA. I just tried it now that the Power supply has been restored tried the 046 and all still showing the AAAAA

Pls I just got my conlog prepaid meter few days ago. I was told the activation code would be sent to my number but I haven't received it. Pls how do I activate my meter.

Please can anyone help me out with this meter issue: I cannot load the token anymore and gets 'error04' code each time i try to recharge. plus i noticed the date on the meter reads 2016 could this be the problem? If yes please how can i resolve this? Note one of the distribution company officer told me the meter is bad, hence had to be removed and place me on direct connection without even checking the meter to know the problem o.
