Plz give me estimate cost of completing 4 bedrooms duplex in Akure. Foundation, ground-floor, decking and first floor block work

But even in structural design FS shouldn't be more than 1.5 or 2 at most, so in percentage, 500k is too much to be a factor of safety

I think you are right to an extent.

Lets make it N300k.

@Kingosytex you mean 4m will be enough from foundation to roofing level. Think of the cost of cement, blocks, decking granites
