I think it should be both the rider and perssenger .... seriously in no time all.will comply
Swingate:
This is very simple, the Lagos state government should change the law on who to arrest. Just arrest the passengers instead not riders then see what will happen. No passengers no business, Thank me later.

Trust still remains that you cannot totally ban okada in lagos state, that's a million dollar industry on its own.

I was at 2nd rainbow yesterday and the number of bikes I saw there was alarming.

Go to akute, its the same.

When those blockheads ruling the affairs of national fail to proffer sustainable means of transportation and cater to the skyrocketing population in Lagos state, it's just a future exercise.

Everyday, droves of hausa / fulani boys come in trucks of livestock through berger into Lagos state.

What are they doing to curtail the rural - urban migration ?

These are the issues that needs to be addressed.

You see, I have distilled all I did last year that made me passive income into the report you are going to get for FREE.

From high end iphones, drones, cameras, tripod stands, game coasters, the list is just endless.

you wont find any fluff or filler put in there just to make the report long. No, all you will find is a short, straight to the point info you can use starting today.

All you need to get started :

- phone

- internet connection

- VPN

- offer up account

- letgo account

I hope this helps in your quest to financial journey.

The guide is absolutely free, just read...digest and IMPLEMENT.

Its a different thing to understand law and implementation, its a different thing to just make noise. BRF is not only a lawyer, he clearly knows how to enforce specifed laws. But this sanwo is a noisemaker forming tough guy. People are intelligent, they can differeniate seriousness from bragging. Sanwo govt encourages endorsers corruption.

In some cities in the east like Aba the number of Kekes on the roads is mind boggling. But then, I don't blame them nor want them taken off the roads. It's the highest employer of labor in some states.
Re: Enforcing Lagos Law On Motorcycle Operations by shegun4sur: 6:41am On Jan 28, 2021
Take it or leave it okada remains a very important means of transportation in a state where the government is inept, corrupt
Re: Enforcing Lagos Law On Motorcycle Operations by Nobody: 6:41am On Jan 28, 2021
The bikes, keke, that other small bus that came out of nowhere and the danfos are all slowpoke children of the same deranged mother.
Nothing will stop them as long as Lagos is run by the same vampires.

They carry bike and RIDE AGAIN.
Re: Enforcing Lagos Law On Motorcycle Operations by bragamycin: 7:00am On Jan 28, 2021
If the government can solve gridlock to an extent, create alternative roads or repair inner roads, remove Trucks Nd container from the roads and bridges, then we will know they are serious about banning okada. Because pple will naturally not patronize them. Fashola did all these things but successful governments are just sitting in their office banning without any palliative measures

I had an accident yesterday because of this bike people, the guy pressed my bumper inside after colliding with my car, unfortunately for them (rider and biker) the found themselves on the other lane on the floor with their bike totally smashed.

Okada should be banned in Lagos, those guys were lucky to survive, me I just zoom off, I no want wahala.

Well I thought about that and I think it is better the law focus on the passengers only to avoid clashes with Aboki riders.
If you are caught on a bike as a passenger you are going to jail, nobody will enter a bike again and when that happens the bike riders will be forced to move on to another state. Those Abokis have nothing to lose but the passengers does. Think it through.

i believe you are not based in Lagos state.please don't be deceived by the dry state of land leading to free mobility of vehicle but wait until the rainy season when you spend hours on the road as against the bad state of roads

Absolutely. Both law breakers and enforcers are touts. They know themselves.
To restore sanity in Lagos road, ban danfos and molue and replace them with modern buses to be managed by registered companies.
Ban activities of nurtw on the roads and parks. Transport system in Lagos need revolution.

Banning bike was the easiest thing for fashola to do because he was creating alternative roads. Removing containers/trailers from the roads thereby reducing traffic time. He even went as far as witnessing the destructions of seized bike so that security agents won’t juSt be collecting money and releasing the bikes back to the defaulters.
These current governors are just talkatives in office without action .
Going from mile 2 to Tin can, the only means of transportation right now is OKADA. No roads but u want to ban movement.. even the last ban lead to the more useless danfo drivers increasing transportation cost astronomically

The worse aspect of it. They drag roads with the dedicated Blue buses lines / roads in Lagos. They have become nuisance in virtually all the busy roads / express roads in Lagos. The Govt has to do something. It can not continue like this.
