I have a married cousin who has a low, yellowish and watery sperm. He said he went to the hospital and they said it's infection that caused it, even though he drinks and smokes. He finished the dosage and still, no improvement.

He said he's ready to stop the bad habit if there can be any solution to help him get a normal sperm, so as to be able to impregnate his wife.

Please doctors, he needs your help! Save a marriage pls!

I am not a doctor but natural way is, he should eat enough fruits, he can even make fruit mash and be taken it regularly.

Physical evaluation alone is not an acceptable and accurate way to determine sperm quality

If he has never pregnated a woman in his life and has been married for more than 1year and his wife has never even pregnant then he need to do this three test
1- semen m/c/s
2-semen analysis
3- testosterone assay

This will give insight into the cause of his problem also I won't forget to mention that alcohol and smoking are No! No! for any man having fertility issues.

Tell him to eat five hundred naira amount of cooked vegetables ( Tete, shoko or ugu) daily. And see drastic changes in his sperm volume n whitish colour.
Tested n trusted method.
