Doesn't make sense. That's discriminatory against unmarried people. If not, male policemen who fornicate or are caugh in adultery should also be dismissed
. mind you the law said two years after leaving college or three years to become a mother. the law is not applicable to men.

This is not a matter of fornication or gender discrimination but reality because police training is a field work and a woman in a family way can not be effective except after she has been thoroughly trained.
Would she have been sacked if she was married?

Do male police officers go to office with pregnancy. Who says female police officers shouldn't fornicate?

God Never mentioned in the Bible to use any form of contraceptives, but to procreate with multiple abundance!

Your method will pollute and stinks the environment, apart from the pain you brought to the woman and yourself.
Is withdrawal method a form of contraceptives? Abi eleyii ti mu gbe ni?

Instead of Constable Olajide Omolola to concentrate immensely on her post-trainning experience in the field, she chose to dedicate her time to "POST-PENIIS" experience in the bed.

Not only has she lost her job, but she was booted out in an unceremonious manner all because of her unceasing appetite for PENIIS.
What of her male counterparts who engage in fornication?

"It said the police authority had to wield the big stick when it discovered that the unmarried constable got pregnant in alleged flagrant violation of the Police Rules and Regulation.
"

Unbelievable. I find it difficult to believe that a woman would loose her job for being pregnant.

Is being pregnant a new crime in Nigeria? This is murder.
Give me a break.

Police officers all over Nigeria are illegally stealing government money, killing thousands of people annually and still keep their jobs.

And she lost her job trying to bear a child. Very childish at best.

The problem this pregnant woman faces now is Nigeria does not have a good judicial system where she can seek remedy for the injustice meted on her by this cruel police department.

You have got to hate Nigeria!

Police are supposed to be enlightening citizens about their rights but most Police officers in Nigeria do not even know their own law and constitution..... SMH

What happened to the man that was sleeping with the adulterous woman who was about to be stoned in the Bible before Jesus intervened?

You saying a different thing. The law does not exempt both genders from intimacy. It only forbids pregnancy. Does a man get pregnant? Women too can be intimate but there are many ways not to get pregnant. As the commissioner details, pregnancy will be a great distraction within that time
That means the law will only limit women because their counter can impregnate someone without the knowledge of HQ

Not waiting for the stipulated number of years.

Not married

Pregnant out of wedlock.

Many take in like this are are posted night throughout till delivery then resumes work immediately. And life continues.

It's either she was arrogant/disrespectful or she refused to submit to someone at the top. The headquarter won't be aware until the division where is working write to them before the dismissal process can start. Imagine the trauma she'll be goin through with her condition. It becomes worse if the guy no marry her later.

I see something positive coming out from this case for her.

May I never do wrong that will make my enemy gain popularity.

It looks like she would still have been disciplined even if she were married...

Mobayo stated that the rule and regulation unambiguously stated that woman police must undergo post-training experience on the field for at least two years before marriage and three years before childbearing.

“The lady in question passed out May, 2020, which is eight months ago and now she is with six months of pregnancy.

For you to say this, you know that what they did is injustice.
Injustice in what exactly? Didn't she pass through the Police college? She definitely signed up for this. After 8 months of joining the force, she's carrying a six month old pregnancy. That's irresponsibility. It's no way a misogynistic rule; pregnancy would always affect her duty. She hasn't even served her country for even half a year before getting pregnant, who does that?
I've always noticed your comments, you lack logic. You're not a feminist as you claim, you are a misandrist... You should borrow sense from females like aunty Ishilove.

Are you daft? Didn't you read that part where Buhari repealed the police act?

Investigations by The PUNCH, however, showed that the aspect of the Police Act which was being relied on to justify the sacking of the policewoman had been repealed in the amended Police Act that was signed into law by the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), in September 2020.
