"Despite all the ado about cattle rearing in Nigeria, the country does not rank among the first ten highest cattle producing countries in the word. According to the FAO, the world has 1.468 billion head of cattle. Of that, Nigeria has only 20 million. The image below shows the first 20 highest cattle producers in the world and where Nigeria sits.

Nigeria's population is approximately 200 M (perhaps much more). This means for every 10 Nigerians, there is only 1 cow. This is not such a great number, yet people are being killed, women raped, and farms destroyed by the herders, Fulani.

Notably, nomadism is practiced in India, Ethiopia, Sudan and Tanzania, all ahead of Nigeria on the Table in the photo. Do these countries experience problem between herders and farmers, like Nigeria? If not, has the Nigerian government consulted with them to understand how they do it and how nomads relate with farmers there? That could be a starting point to finding a solution to the problem between herders and farmers."

I have stopped eating beef meat, until further notice.

They cannot be killing our people to feed their cows, and I will still buy and eat such a cow.

Boycott beef meat until open grazing is stopped.

Who is with me on this? Share this gospel:

I don't even eat it at all. Not because of the issue, fish and birds(turkey and chicken) are the best.
