in as much as a dislike APC, Dino should not be acting childish. A two time serving senator who joined forces with others to wreck this country... lavishing public funds on cars and women... this is not how to play opposition, is childish.. what stopped him from building hospital with his jumbo allowances while he was senator for 8 years

How many hospitals did Dino build for his constituents throughout his sojourn in the national assembly as a two term senator and house of representative member?
All the constituency allowances he collected during the periods were enough to build first class hospitals but instead he was busy buying latest cars that he does not need.
How many motions or bills did he move while in the national assembly to support building of hospitals in the rural areas?
He now wants to blame government and portray himself as a good man because his hands has been forcefully removed from the cooky jar.
