Today I formally hand over the baton of leadership as the CDS- AFN to Maj Gen LEO Irabor. I wish to sincerely appreciate the President, C-in-C of the AFN, and Nigerians for the privilege to serve this great country. I congratulate Maj Gen Irabor and wish him a successful tenure.

The CDS in Nigeria is just a toothless bulldog surrounded by herdsmen masquerading as service chiefs.

As a matter of fact, the most influential position amongst the service chiefs is the Chief of Army Staff which will always be headed by a herdsman as far as the Grand Patron of Herdsmen is concerned.

Terrorism can never end in Nigeria because there's no idealogical difference between the terrorists and those heading the fight against terror.

*MSc Bangladesh and Msc Ghana
*Staff College Jos , Staff College Ghana

We keep doing same things over and over again and still expecting different result.

This appointments will still end up in sack and reappointment and the cycle goes on until the security is restructured and the entire federation too

Let the west secure themselves, the east have their own regional security and the North should deploy their brothers to secure the area against herdsmen and Boko Haram.
Doing it this way, issue of security will be reduced to its nearest minimum because you'll be up against familiar faces and ideologies
