You can write between 10- 12am midnight. It doesn't mean everyone should start exactly by 10 am to avoid system breakdown.

Hmm... I called the numbers and was told it has been fixed to 10am only. No batches.

Testmi is a quandary. The mail allows for ambiguity.

Please to clarify, the test starts from 10am and CAN be done anytime till 12 Midnight.

This will still cause problems. Some people will wait till others have written and presented sample questions.
