That aside... Falana what u r saying is theoretical, but practically its different.
Nigeria practice a system of govt that is opposite of what is on books.
We r a federation, but in real terms what we r is confederation or pseudo-federation.
The entire armed force plus police and other paramilitary are loyal first to the president.
Its not suppose to be so.
