Ademola Bilikis Erinle a Nigerian YouTuber has cried out for help from Nigerians as her ex husband Ademola Adeshina Lateef abducted their children in front of their school last week and deleted all her Youtube videos on her channel Bilikis Signatures.

Her channel, Bilikis Signatures, a very popular Sewing YouTube channel which consists of DIY videos on cutting and sewing female clothes. She (Ademola Bilikis) is well liked because of her jovial and detailed tutorials and has about 300k subscribers.

According to her, her ex husband who lives in Kuwait, accompanied by some of his family members including his parents enlisted the aid of thugs cornered her as she went to drop off her kids in school (Spring of Life School Lakowe). They allegedly took her phones, laptops as well as her car and hours later as she was still in a state of shock she received news that all her Youtube videos had been deleted which she said was her main source of income.

Apparently the ex husband had been the one receiving the earnings from the channel for two years until she decided to put a stop to it when she realized he was only exploiting her.
She posted this hours ago on her Facebook group Sewing Innovations and has cried out for help in some of the videos she uploaded. She also uploaded the photo of her ex-husband.

The father of my kids(ADEMOLA ADESHINA LATEEF) abducted my children in front of there school (SPRING OF LIFE SCHOOL LAKOWE)

HIS PHONE NUMBER (+96569698516)

HIS MOTHER: 08068940585

HIS FATHER: 08035011528

She wants the authority to help her get back her kids as well as her stolen stuff. She said she already reported but wants a more swift action as she has been fearful about the state her kids might be in.

I love this woman's youtube videos, her videos are very comprehensive, modern and they really teach how to sew. When my mom wanted a refresher for her sewing skills. I showed her bilikis videos straight away and she could follow along.

May the the man be found and put to justice. Anyone who learns how to sew can testify of her videos. Especially if they are not understanding where they are learning to sew.

She can also report him to the embassy so that they ban his visa and withold him.

This is so devastating, I pray the kids are safe wherever they are. Hope she's not denying him access to the kids or why else would he forcefully abduct his own children if he can just schedule a visitation? Using thugs to snatch her properties is a criminal offense and he cant escape arrest when found. Anyways, twitter is most effective for this type of thing. She should do a post and tag relevant authorities and bloggers. He will be smoked out within hours.

I don't know his own side of the story but according to her, she never denied him access to the kids. Even if the lady was in the wrong, snatching and stealing her properties and destroying her means of livelihood is not just cowardly but cruel and disgusting. Why hire thugs to harass and snatch kids and properties from one unarmed woman? I hope everyone responsible would be brought to justice.

Like seriously, it was all thanks to her videos that I got to understand a lot about sewing. Her videos are even more enlightening than most fashion schools.
All her videos are filled with smiles that would tell you she loves giving tutorials.
I guess sometimes bad things just happen to good people.

Why must she be so callous, putting out the personal telephone numbers of her husband and his parents??

I think we've all learnt in recent times to be careful before taking sides. The fact that a person (especially a woman) comes with her side of the story first, doesn't necessarily mean she is truly the victim in the situation.

So because she's good at sewing tutorials, that automatically makes her an angel undecided

Nobody is really an angel cause nobody is perfect but irrespective of the ex's side, snatching her properties and deleting all her Youtube videos is a wicked act that makes him look guilty if he was the one really responsible.

Let the Police and the Lagos State's Family Social Services get involved so that there can be a clearer picture of the issues involved and of utmost concern, the children who shouldn't be the pawns of the estranged couple.

Marriage may end but when children are involved, selfish interests must be relegated.

no, but when children are involved, and all her hardwork has gone down the drain. She should go as far as she can to get justice

Her story isn't quite adding up. She claims her estranged husband has been collecting the proceeds from her YouTube channel for two years but she kept on running the channel for that long anyway. She couldn't even at least, change the password to the channel? Or the payment details for the platform? For two whole years!! This makes no sense.

Let's be careful when judging husband and wife matters. We do not know what sort of arrangement/agreement they had with each other. However, what we do know, is that when a deal goes bad, there are no limits to how callous a scorned lady can be with lies. For example we've seen all sorts of false allegations, even someone accusing her husband of raping his own newborn son, all in a bid to destroy his life.

This woman has put out the man's picture, his personal number and the numbers of her in laws to what end? So that people can troll them all over social media and issue out death threats?

Since she has now made this matter public, I think it's fair if she gives a full timeline to how they got to this point.
This man allegedly;
Flew all the way from Kuwait to Nigeria (in the middle of a global pandemic).
Arrived at the school with quite a crowd, which included both of his (elderly) parents, his siblings, cousins and four alleged thugs.

All this just to take his kids?

This is way too much effort put in by this man for us to just overlook. There is more to this story.

I agree with you, but you have to understand, for a woman whose children have been kidnapped, this is small.

I've never heard of her till now, but I hope the situation is resolved asap, at least for the sake of the kids.
Cornering her to abduct the kids and take her possessions doesn't speak well of him and his parents.

What stupid version? Someone used thugs to kidnap little children and snatch properties in broad daylight, you're still looking for version. He should have taken her to court if she was holding on to his properties or denying him access to his kids. His actions showed he's nothing but a criminal and exposed some of the reasons she's no longer married to him.

Insanity is when an instigator of a fight, or their sentimental supporters, assumes the right to dictate to the retaliator how to fight back. If she's the instigator of the battle, she deserves whatever magnitude of pains her ex-hubby has meted out against her. However, if she has always been the oppressed between the two, may the wrath of the law and evil from all dimensions befall her ex-hubby.

One who comes into equity should always come with clean hands.

First of all, these are all allegations as stated in the op, the husband's side is yet to surface but I believe the truth will always win.

The issue of the payment being received by the husband for two years I believe was before the estrangement. According to her she later changed the account details which was probably another reason for the estrangement.

Remember he allegedly took her mobile phone which contained her actual mobile number and access to her Youtube chanel, as well as her car, laptop as well as two kids (who might know the password to their mother's phone even if it was password).

Before she came out, I went on youtube to check out some videos only to see no videos on the channel. A channel that used to have about 200 plus videos. It was later last week I heard her story.

I believe we haven't heard the whole story since the man is yet to tell his side but irrespective of what his own side might be, allegedly taking their kids, her car, phone and laptop is too damning to overlook.
I know the woman is always criticized when things like this happen just like when a lady said she went home only to realize her husband had absconded with their kids and how she could get help, instead of helping majority of the people were quick to accuse her of being a bad wife for her husband to do that.

I have seen a lot of terrible husbands around to know the Youtubers accusations might be very very true.

Bad wives and bad husbands sometimes do bad stuff to their spouses not because the other party did anything wrong but because they are bad people.

I pray the truth reveals itself soon irrespective of the right or wrong party, if for none other than the fact that innocent kids are involved.
