More reason why you people should avoid useless protests, the man now has more power than he had in 2016

The way these people hate everything including themselves is alarming and a serious psychological disorder. That's why it's difficult for Nigerian to trust them with power.
I know the enemies of this nation only target COAS position with propaganda to forestall future eventualities, I observed that on Nairaland when Atrahiru was declared COAS one idiot rush to write some bad things abt him and on the other hand all other service CHIEFS had their profiles written well instead.
One interesting thing abt thses guys is their heart is like stone, no amount of propaganda or threat will distract them from their work.

Even if we were to go by your submission that Attahiru was GOC of 82 Div at the time, the 302 is part of 82 Div and under the overall control of Attahiru.

In fact, you are correct on technical terms of military parlance. The unit at Onitsha is 302 Artillery Regiment. However brigade could represent regiment in various armies.

You are correct again on the bolded. If a regiment is not up to 3 to 5 battalions, it reports to infantry brigade under a division. This is the chain of command. There could be artillery brigade such as Obinze which houses both artillery battalions and other infantry battalions hence a brigade.
