Xiaomi Redmi 9T has just been introduced into the Nigerian market. The 4GB + 64 GB is sold N71,200 while the 4GB + 128 GB is sold N76,600.

You'd have to wait for a week or two before it gets to Abuja. Because, even here in Lagos. it has not been in wide circulation yet.

You should do your research well. Of course, 6gb version wasn't launched in Nigeria, But there is a 6gb verison.

Don't rush to do a review of a phone without going through the phone very well.

You can have app drawer by going to launcher settings, and if you can't find app drawer mode, all you have to do is, update your MIUI launcher.
You don't need to update to MIUI12.5 to do that.
