At least we can vouch for @Sod09’s consistency when he makes his case.. As for Kokane? Well.. when you have way too many agendas, it becomes easy to forget your position on those agendas.. At the end of the day, na “Agbo” go take the blame.
@Sod09, thank you for convincing your MCM to move on.
You are welcome by the way, I hope am finally free

What are they doing about LB? It seems Tierney is the only natural senior LB we have now ; I hate to see Saka playing LB again or Xhaka being shunted there if Tierney and Cedric are both unavailable
It does seem like we would not be getting any backup LB. I am guessing they are content with Soares backing Tierney/ Bellerin. I doubt we will see Saka at LB again.. I know they made inquiries about Bertrand (Southampton) and it was rebuffed and that is why Arsenal rebuffed Southampton’s attempt to get Niles.

I will like to see Tolaji Bola from our U23 get a shot as a backup LB. He just got back from a loan spell at Rochdale.

Hmmm... I'm surprised this is coming from you sha. Cos I know at first you were one of those against the "individuals".

This was my response months ago to blueray concerning my thoughts on our defence

Why did I bring this up? Cos I know most of you against the defence was due to personnel problems. In fact I listed that our defence can be resolved and improved on, carefully omitting mustafi and sokratis(like I said, Gabriel haven't been bought yet) and I said those CBs for now can hold us if improved upon technically. Most of you disagreed, even afrodoc says he won't see himself picking any of those clowns if given for free(he's still entitled to that sha, cos I believe everyone have their preference). The organization you're talking of is what I've been preaching since. Maybe, just maybe I wasn't able to pass the message across effectively.

Nb: I'm not against signing of Gabriel. Maybe I sounded like I was before, but I retract that presently if it seems I was against signing of Gabriel in this squad.

But the point I just want to pass is that our defence is not that bad the way it was painted before, it was Emery that just made it look very very very worse than usual.
Bros our defense was poor, this includes both the individuals and the tactics itself.

What Arteta has done was to change their mentality and gave them more responsibility and purpose. First he made them pass from the back to keep possession, then he made the front guys to start the pressing unlike before when they will be strolling. Arteta has made the entire team defensive minded and made them work very hard at it.

The likes of Socrates and Mustafi couldn't keep with the development and had to find their way out. Earlier on Holding was to be sent away but for a timely intervention by Arteta. Now he is reaping the benefits.

So in summary, forget all we had said before, the situation on ground now is that the defense has improved and Arteta and the entire team not any one deserves the praise.

What

Wishing Willock & Niles all the best during their loan spells with their respective teams. I desperately hope they get opportunities to play.

Dude was a failure for all I care. Signed for 35m aged 23, leaves for free at 28. A defender? Probably the worst business in Arsenal history.

Best transfer window we have had in years. Take out the wastages and replace with only quality. Well done to the Manager and Edu

Yes. It's good to have a left footed winger since Cedric is right footed.
