This country is never one and the earlier our generation does the needful, the better. We practice the american constitution but in a wrong way. Why not allow every tribe go their separate ways as the 1914 treaty had expired ? Amazingly, there are lots of northern Muslims who consume beer like pure water. Lord Luggard did the the amalgamation for ease of administering the two parts of the British colony. The countries you mentioned were already French colonies, the British soldier couldn't have given part of their colony to the french.
