They wont reply the emails and even their phone numbers won’t ring... I applied this year and my registration got approved but I didn’t see any certificate nor the link to download it... now I don’t even know what to do than to try visiting their office.

Please who has finished the process of registering a business name and have successfully downloaded his or her certificates should please tell me how she/he did it cuz i cant seem to download mine as it keeps popping up password page for me to input my password and never download.

I saw two tabs. .. one for "status report" the other for "receipts" that of the receipts isn't opening

Be sure to use a desktop site settings if u are checking on ur phone. Use chrome and change the settings to desktop .
