Django And Wordpress by prettytasha(op): 4:44pm On Feb 05, 2021
Hi everyone , I'm a newbie in programming . I wanted to ask a question ;

- I created a landing page in WordPress , but the client original website was made in Django using Python , css and JavaScript .

So here is the issue the client wants this landing page which was done in WordPress to be embedded in the original website . I want to know if that's possible ?

I just started learning python so my skills aren't up there yet

It is.

All you need is to copy the landing page, edit it some php for python and put it in your homepage on Django website.

If you don't know PHP\WordPress and python, then it is complicated.

Pay someone to get it done for you.

To make it easy for you eh
Try moving the original site to a sub-domain then use the main domain for the landing page
That way you can avoid breaking the site

If it's too complicated, backup the site as it is then hire a cheap freelancer to do it for you

I'm not sure you can code php and django together, since they are both back-end framework. try Creating your landing page with html css & Javascript

It's still not clear what you or the client want's to achieve here. Do you want to have both site share the same domain name but accessed through different subdomains for example, the WordPress landing page will be ''example.com" but have a link within that points to "app.example.com" which is the Django site; and vice versa. Or you want the two apps to be able to share the same data with each other.
