Hi everyone,
I acquired two plots of land in Ogun state late last year but I've not had enough funds to develop it.
I have done the survey plan already.

Now I hear the omonile's are busy selling people land there so I need to do something fast!
I am thinking of two options:

1. whether I should fence it round and put a gate there ( like 4 block level)
2. Use the funds to build shops in front of the plots

Please based on your experience what shoud I do as I dont want to lose my hard earned money. Does the survey plan cover it from omonile?

Build shops. Shops will ensure that eyes are always on the watch for suspicious activities. Also, the rent you get yearly can be invested into building the main work.

build shops at the front if you can or fence it if you can & write "NOT FOR SALE" on it. Use it for mechanic.

If the area is developed, build a shop if not, build a fence.

You can do both and use the bare land for plantain plantation..longest time....Una just forget person

The mechanic issue is not all that good because they will be doing things on the land to allow them stay there forever.
