Attitude matters a lot in this life. Humility can take us far. Those who bring info here are not under obligation to do so. They do it out of service to humanity. In fact some of them risk being caught because of what they do. They are selfless, and I respect them. They will even go out of their way to give helpful suggestions. Haba bros, that person you're talking about has given countless amount of vital information on this thread that has benefited a good number of people, myself inclusive "selflessly" even though he wasn't obliged to do it.

You may not know this but some people have vital info but will never share no matter how many times people ask about that same info.

Its always good for us to appreciate help from others no matter how small it may be.

One can only get APL through merit if vacancies are advertised, by my statistics only 1% of Federal MDAs do advertise for recruitments.
