You know that is not true. There is only one university that even you envy. There is only this university with an admission standard most students of other universities, especially privates (with their low bar of entry),won't meet.

That is the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
If you don't have 6 credits at a single sitting , you will not even smell admission. And if you don't have a minimum of credit in Further Maths, you will not be admitted for Engineering and All Maths-bases courses.

Standard of education in naija has fallen. You go enter laboratory, 20-30 students go dey share one microscope. I school in a public university, and I can bolded tell you, na poverty cause am. The reason they don't give first class in public universities is because standard of education in naija has fallen. One of our lecturers mentioned it this week in class. He stated that the department would hardly give any student first class, because they would go and embarrass them in the outside world. I'm a medical laboratory student, but I can count how many times I don enter lab to do practicals. E no reach 10. We go in to the labs to meet dead microscopes, faulty machines, inadequate reagents and the likes. We're told to MANAGE. You can't give any student that pass through that nonsense environment first class na
