Soldiers have been moving about from street to street in the city of Makurdi Benue state.
They have been doing this for the past few weeks, they said only footballers and musicians are allowed to keep hairstyles. So they will come to the streets in the night around 8pm and if they see you with full hair, they will stop you and ask you if you are a footballer or a musician and if you say you are not any of those, they will kneel you down and use scissors and cut your hair.
