So what should I do to remedy it.

What you need is a video editing software. I won't advice you to reduce the megapixel of the camera because, that might reduce the video's quality. All you need is to research on a good video editing software which will help you compress the video without losing much quality and save it in 3gp or MP4 format.

There are many to choose from. Just Google search "video converter softwares" and select the one you can pay for. They are available in both Windows and Mac operating systems. You may actually find free softwares too.

thats why most of the new TECNO phones comes with good numbers of storage... like 64 and 128 gigs.... with this, if I like I can shoot more than 10 minutes videos in 10 times... whereby me I need the quality of that video to remain that huge when I start editing with big software or smartphone video editor when it is been compressed i do not have anything to fear the quality would be intact or be reduced to normal and unnoticed...
