Instead of cursing, nagging and complaining, let's proceed solution in good faith. This platform is the frontpage of the country. You have no idea the kind of people reading your comments. Let's use the opportunity to proceed solutions instead of cursing and insulting.

Finally, it's high time our herders acknowledge that the era of normadism is over. There are urban centres everywhere and urbanization is on the increase, even farmers are finding it less easy to find arable lands let alone cattle herders.

The government should do all it can to help the herders transition into ranching. It will cost a lot but it's worth the investment. And please don't ask any state government to donate land. There's enough tension in the air, we don't want another RUGA bruhaha.

Apart from enriching the owner, it seems to me Niaraland is of no value to Nigeria when, actually, if you consider its reach, influence and readership numbers, Niaraland is capable of so much more. In allowing this platform to be used for sedition, spreading hatred and encouraging conflict under the pretence that bad news sells and attracts subscribers, the owner is short-sighted. Nairaland could have been so beneficial for him as well as Nigeria that it somehow contributes to the Nation's GDP at the very least.
