The ACN faction of APC is against the re-registration and their harmony on this should worry anyone thinking he has APC in his pocket. It means they have a common front and they can use the law to scuttle APC.
There has been one illegality over another illegality and it can be contested and upturned in the courts the moment anyone wants to profit from the exercise done under the caretaker chairman and governor. In the Nigerian constitution, can a sitting governor be Chairman of a political party without resigning as the governor is the first place to start?

If his godfather in Lagos would grudgingly fall into the line by accepting the realignment of power structure and humbly present himself for the revalidation exercise (as if there are people in the APC whose membership are seriously questioned), who is he, a mere hanger-on that does the biddings of his master, to challenge the weilders of power.

What you are referring to as his not being educated is just class room attendant.
Check out the history of inventors in the beginning and up until now, they are the people who have little classroom education but are highly educated in their minds.
