bidemialade43:This is not anyone's fault, you've put in your best... Often times research based are highly competitive compare to course based programs and it requires a very strong application. If you want to reapply, you can apply to two or more universities if you're financial okay with it. Since your CGPA is still okay, I'll suggest you pay a great lot of attention on your Statement of purpose/interest, because that always determine how your application will contest with others... You should write a very strong statement (Check online for videos and samples on how a great statement of interest to graduate school should look like) Don't rush when submitting your application, especially on writing that statement of purpose... I spent 3 weeks alone to develop my statement of purpose! So focus 90% of your attention on that area. I'm pretty sure it's part of what may have affected your application. Good luck! |

Good day all, i am so happy to have stumbled on this thread after watching a youtube video about Study route being the best to migrate to Canada. I am a graduate of Computer science (4.1/5.0) I am married with 3 children but intend to leave them with my husband and go alone first. I am working in a hospital, though i use computer for my work, my job function is Medical Record Officer. Graduated in 2011, ran a farm with my husband for a while, went to learn skills like sewing and plaiting before i got my present job as a record officer in 2018. I am 36years. My questions are these: 1. Considering the study gap from 2011 to 2021, will i have a problem with getting a visa? 2. Since my job function is not in IT, will i run into any problem? 3. My husband intend to sell of one our property and sponsor me, hope the lump sum wont cause issues for us? 4. I have never travelled out of the country before, hope that is not a problem? 5. I thought about going for a course that is Medical record related, but the courses are mainly certificate and diploma, i don't want a situation where eyebrows will be raised on why i am going for a lower degree... So i intend to go for Cybersecurity(Msc.) 6. While trying to migrate through EE or Provincial Nominee, i started Masters to boost my CRS score, but am not through, do i need to mention that? Please seniors in the house, help a sister and give me direction if my intention on relocating through study route with these 'baggages' is feasible. Congrats (and in advance) to all who have gotten their approval |

Hello,house..Planning on applying for NSE and I need advice regarding proof of funds. I'm a civil engineer, working for a civil engineering firm applying for a civil engineering program. My firm is willing to act as my sponsor as regards proof of fund for the 30k Canadian dollars. Can I use this? is it advisable? Plus, should I support this with my own personal account with about 10k CAD? Please I need an urgent reply so I can give my company feedback on time...thank you. Cc : Time2soar1 |

ATHIBAT:Submitted my application November 3 that should be a day before you and I am yet to get any response contemplated doing upfront medical but someone advised me that doing upfront medical does not really change the outcome and that I should just wait for the request. I have already completed my first semester online presently running my second semester in SAIT Southern Alberta Institute of Technology just waiting and hoping for positive results. |

Since the last time my application at New Brunswick was rejected due to lack of Transcript, I'm still stuck with no Transcript for the mean time but I want to know , which schools in Canada in good regions accept a 2.2 for masters in the social sciences ? Let me be shooting for a post graduate Diploma and a potential masters if I can see a school that would accept my Grade. Lekiboboe, thanks for your info and time when I came newly here with your recommendation of schools , now I do need your help again as I hope and wait for my transcript I paid to get since last year October |
