A government that would rather spend N100m to prosecute teenagers for examination malpractices than arrest and prosecute murderous Fulani bandits who are wreaking havoc all over the country.

In fact, they're even paying Fulani bandits hundreds of millions in addition to granting them amnesty for their heinous crimes, yet they prefer to spend N100m to prosecute Jamb writing kids... And of course parade small yahoo boys which is their favourite 'we are working' kind of activity.

Are you talking from a legal perspective or just supporting the pattern of using corruption to fight corruption. I might be wrong but what has JAMB officials got to do with hiring a lawyer for each fraud case for 500K.

I don't know how best the legal system works in Nigeria but in my country which also practices common law any one caught for Examination malpractice is prosecuted by state prosecutors who get paid at the end of the month. In this case Lawyers are for the defendants and not JAMB officials.
