The police in Ogun State have arrested 10 suspected cultists who they said have been using dangerous weapons to dispossess innocent residents of their belongings in Ogijo.

The Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, confirmed the arrest in a statement on Thursday.

Abimbola identified the suspect as Moses Johnson, Chinedu Okechukwu, Oka James, Mathew John, Moses David and Fuhad Sulaimon.

Others were Joseph Emmanuel, Stephen Samuel, Ozon Austin and Ope Taiwo.

The suspects were arrested following a complaint lodged at Ogijo divisional headquarters by one Olaojo Emmanuel.

Emmanuel was said to have reported to the police on February 4 that he was attacked with his wife by a group of men at about 9:30 pm, saying he was dispossessed of his Iphone 7 plus, worth N130,000.......CONTINUE READING BELOW.....

Make Ashame kee you there. Guess you have not lived in the other parts of the country abi.... Who told you it is peculiar to the SW? Have you heard about Icelander in the SOUTH SOUTH? They are deadlier than your SW cultists? Ritualism is a black man thing and it is common everywhere. The truth is that the media report more on SW than any other part of the country. Just take any newspaper and scan through, you will see that about 70 percentage of the reports are centered on SW....
