Nigeria is not one of the supported countries iirc. Only North America, parts of Europe, Middle East, South America(?), Asia, and South Africa.

You naira MasterCard will sign in but won't work for purchase since, you're using a Nigerian MasterCard in USA PSN account.

Your best bet is getting a PayPal account irrespective of region it'll work
