Good morning, Please I need some enlightening on these questions How long does it take to get red copy for land survey at Alausa? How much will it cost for a Architectural and structural design of a storey building? 3 bedroom up & 3 bedroom down How much will it the building approval cost? Is it Lagos state or Local govt that is responsible for the approval and other levies? What fees or documents will be needed to have in place before commencement of building? Which agencies are responsible for issuing the approvals and different levies needed to put in place before commencing building? Plot is half plot Location is Alimosho local govt. |
