I got this message on Thursday, and the message reads thus.


Dear Applicant, you have been pre-qualified for the NYIF loan programmer, kindly click on this link to apply.
https://nyif.nmfb.com.ng/app.

I opened the link and my bvn was requested and I keyed in and my details popped up.
Since then I have been careful not to keep money in my bank accounts, I now transact from my e-wallets. Please is this another security breach in my bank accounts?

You would have confirmed from the bank before inputting your bvn. Be extremely careful with anything on online.

Did you actually apply for the loan? If so, there's no wahala,at the same time meet your account officer should in case of any transection in your accounts which you didn't sanction.

okay then, there's no wahala because your BVN is required to know who you are.
