Tho I haven't been to PG school to to get any Info but on the whatsapp group I heard people that went for clearance without being invited were chased out. I don't think the resumption date will hold since Nasu is on strike, Nothing much is going on right now, when NASU calls off strike there will be activities.

it's nothing to be worried about. It simply means your dept is yet to issue admission letter. What you should be worried about is whether the dept recommends you?
And
If on your eligibility..If Yes is written in front of it
