The police was right that the bank ought to have made proper arrangements for the accommodation of their staff who are strangers to Katsina particularly considering the very insecure environment. You cannot see the truth in this only if you are a bigot.

That's the ultimate point of the reoprt.

Truth is, the bank should have at very least made arrangements for the staff to get secured accomodation...not just dump him in town and expect him to find his way.

But the fact is, the police too also needs to sit up.
