The statement of the police shows the reality of the time we are in. Every individual should provide his or her own security.

I believe every part of the country should be safe be it outskirt or interior.

The police have failed in their responsibility and they are not hiding the fact.

You are brilliant. That policeman should go back to police school. In a volatile state, should a bank make the mistake of having a quarters for staff; I cant imagine how many times it will be over run quarters and kidnapped or wiped off its staff.

Banks dont have build staff quarters. They pay their staff housing allowance and the staff rent houses wherever they want. But i know some banks have something like Transit Camps, where newly posted staff can stay for between 1 and 3 months, so they know the town before renting house and move out. But it's in places like lagos or abuja. I cant expect such to be in funtua, which is not even capital of katsina state.
Infact, when obasanjo introduced monitization policy, all federal govt quarters were sold off. So if federal govt cant provide quarters for their staff, is it a bank that has more than 100 branches all over nigeria that will start building staff quarters all over the country?
The responsibility of securing citizens and their properties lies entirely with the police. Police has failed the citizen, and blame game wount change the fact.

I am beginning to think that being a police in Nigeria is like committing a sin. Imagine this kind of statemen
The truth of matter is
1. The residence where the incidence happened isn't more than 500 metres to a military check point
2. The said Alhaji Hassan isn't any Alhaji, he is a Christian (he is an uncle to me)
3. Mr Hassan lost his life at the cause of the kidnapping. May his soul rest in perfect peace
4. The kidnappers are yet to make contact with us. No knows their fate yet (my cousins and Mr Alex)

jihad has started already but the south and most Christian's are not seeing what is coming and they are still busy accommodating fulani terrorists amongst them.

the kidnapping is mostly to raise money for weapons cos only Buhari cannot supply all the weapons needed for the jihad.
